Yoga week in Modave (Huy), Belgium
During this week you get immersed to Yoga in all its aspects, different styles of Yoga, 2 classes a day.
There is a meditation session every morning, a sound bath with singing bowls, lectures about Yoga and mantra chanting.
We will cultivate some deeper connection and well-being on all levels, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
All yoga classes are given by Marleen and Ramdas.
We call this week a Yoga+ retreat, because we offer more than just yoga. There are opportunities (if you want) to dive deeper into yourself and gain more authenticity, insight, to get unstock in a certain aspect.
You also will have the opportunity to get introduced into forest bathing and family constellations. We’ll create a safe space and group to share what you like to share.
We keep the group rather small (max 12 people) so you can feel safe and and so that you get the attention you deserve if needed.
You participate in an activity according to your own needs and wants.
Katia will prepare delicious veggie food, tasty and healthy.
An individual massage treatment can be booked (60€) beforehand.
You will have free time to hike in the beautiful nature, you can help cook vegetarian meals, enjoy a good conversation or just make time for yourself…
We guarantee that after this week you will be fully recharged with a lot of new energy. You will feel more healthy and lighter!
Your Yoga teachers : Marleen and Ramdas
Both advanced Sampoorna yoga teachers (with Shri Yogi Hari -500h) for more than 10 years and also Yin yoga teachers (with Joe Barnett).
Marleen Maldeghem
Marleen got in contact with yoga as a teenager and immersed herself deeper in the yoga practice to balance some difficult experiences. She loves to feel the true benefits of yoga and meditation and to share this knowledge.
Marleen is also a Shiatsu, Craniosacral therapist and a facilitator in systemic and family constellations. She cares for people and likes to get the best out of them.
Ramdas
Ramdas combines yoga as a professional musician (Mathieu Robert). He plays beautiful meditative music.
He lives and breathes yoga daily and one can feel this in his peaceful, sincere and loving presence.

This luxurious house is a lovely accommodation a large garden, swimming pool and a tennis court,
